I will write this blog about 50 ways to be effortlessy healthier. Based on the Article I will add a commentary to help shed like to the facts and
great tips to implement these healthy ways even easier into your life.

Introduction

As part of my wish to start projects and finish them I will begin a 50-day project. Based on the article I cut out of a 2009 Men's Fitness magazine and stored away for "a while" I finally kicked myself in the behind and decided to do this project I wanted to do for a very long time. I will post here once a day for 50 days one item that the article says you can do to be healthy without effort. I will also share my opinion on each of them and may expand factualy on why they are healthy activities.
